City of Design EXCLUSIVE丨Congratulations from Spain

From Prof. Lorenzo Barrionuevo

Partner and Co-Founder of ARQTEL BARCELONA

Partner and Co-Founder of CITIES IN MONTION International Urban Management Network & Knowledge Center

I want to express my congratulations to the city of Wuhan to get the Honor to be an UNESCO Creative Cities Network.

Wuhan and its citizens deserves it because I know that more people of the city work hard in the last months making a big effort working very hard.

I know in person people from ICOMOS Wuhan and Wuhan Design working day and night to promote the city around the world. I wish the happiness for all these people after their big effort, they get the goal. I hope that the suggestions that gave in the past some of these people in the heritage preservation and sustainability design had help to get the objective.

Wuhan is a city that is changing very fast in the last years. I want to take the commitment with Wuhan to promote it around the world because it is an amazing city with the big hospitality of its citizens, that has a very interesting examples of cultural and heritage to be a reference city in China and in the World. Its citizens have to be very proud of have these in Wuhan.
